What is an Annual Pass?

Saunders Farm 2018 Annual Pass holders get:

  • Visit during regular public Farm hours from June 3- October 31st, 2018, including access to our Summer Season AND Haunting Season. 
  • Invitations to special events held on the Farm throughout the year
  • 10% off purchases in our Farm Shop
  • $20 off 1 summer Farm Camp registration

A little fine print: Pass holders are entitled to one visit per pass per day. Passes are non-transferrable.  You must show ID with your pass. Season passes offers cannot be combined with any other offer. Annual passes are not valid for school tours, special events, classes, Farm dinners, and workshops. 


What are your hours of operation?

2018 General Public Hours:

Summer- Weekends only in June starting June 2nd from 10am-5pm. 

All Summer Tuesdays through Sundays June 29th through September 2nd 10am-5pm. 

 (Last Summer admission is at 3:30pm)

Closed every Monday, including Holiday Mondays 

Haunting Season Daytime hours Sept 22-October 31st, 2018:

  • Saturdays 10am-6pm
  • Sundays 10am-5pm
  • Also open October 6th (PD Day) 10am-6pm
  • Thanksgiving Monday 10am-5pm

FrightFest Hours: Sept 22-October 31

  • Saturday September 22- 6pm-11pm PREVIEW NIGHT
  • Friday Nights 6pm-11pm
  • Saturdays 6pm-11pm
  • Halloweek Oct 24-30 Mon-Thurs 6pm-9pm
  • Sunday October 28th -6pm-10pm
  • Halloween Night- October 31st 6pm-10pm

*Last admission is 1 hour before closing.  All Haunt (Fright Sites) line ups close 30 minutes before Farm closes.

What is the cost of admission?

2018 Haunting season:


Farm Gate: $19.14 + HST = $22/person

Group pricing available

2 and under no charge.

Includes over 35 attractions, shows and activities.  *Extra small charges apply for the Ag-Arcade games, Gem Mine activity, food and drink.


Farm Gate between $35-$114 varies with evening and type of ticket

R.I.P.  Line-buster $69.00

Not recommended for kids under 10 years old at night..

If I buy a DAY ticket, can I stay for the NIGHT Haunt?

No. You need a NIGHT ticket to FrightFest which begins at 6pm.  Daytime admission tickets will not be valid from this point forward.  If you visist during the day, you can stay on the farm with your DAY bracelet but you won't have any access to the 5 Haunt sites.   

FrightFest is recommended for ages 10 years and up.

Are the Mazes open at night?

No, the Mazes are closed at night to protect the trees from damage caused by vandalism. The various playstructures on site, as well as the Kids Discovery Barn are also closed at night for safety reasons. 

Do I need to buy a DAY and a NIGHT ticket if I want to arrive early on a Saturday afternoon to do the Mazes?

No. If you are coming for the NIGHT FRIGHTFEST haunts and you want to arrive on a Saturday afternoon to explore the Mazes, you need a night ticket. Your NIGHT ticket also gets you onto the Farm for the daytime activities including the Mazes. 

What methods of payment are accepted at the Farm?

We accept Cash, Debit tap, Mastercard, and Visa. Some of our Food Booths and Attractions are Cash only. ATM available on site. We only accept debit with tap (up to $100). 

Should I bring my children to the NIGHT FRIGHTFEST?

We do not refuse admission to children during our FRIGHTFEST, however; we strongly do not recommend the Night Haunts for children under the age of 10 years old. 

Can I bring my own food onto the Farm?

During Haunting Season no outside food may not be brought in to the Farm.  We have limited picnic tables and indoor spaces which are reserved for guests who buy food on the Farm. We have 10 food concession stands and a walk-up licensed restaurant.

We do have a variety of healthy and treat food options available for purchase on the Farm. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies you may to bring in your own food.
