I have an open dated ticket. What do I do? Do I have to book a date?

As you have purchased an open dated ticket, you do not need to book a date with us online.

You can turn up on any date we are open, (even if it says we are sold out online).

If you did want to let us know when you are coming, please email info@saundersfarm.com with your booking reference number and the date you require.

Can I bring my own food onto the Farm?

No.
During Fall Pumpkin Days and Frightfest no outside food may not be brought in to the Farm.  We have limited picnic tables and indoor spaces which are reserved for guests who buy food on the Farm. We have food concession stands and a walk-up licensed restaurant.

We do have a variety of food options available for purchase on the Farm. If you have severe dietary restrictions or allergies you may bring in your own food.

If you have questions about the food we offer, please email info@saundersfarm.com

What is the cost of admission?

Varies with the season and the ticket

What methods of payment are accepted at the Farm?

We accept Debit and Credit at all of our Food Booths and Attractions.

Are the Mazes open at night?

No, the Mazes are closed at night to protect the trees from damage caused by vandalism. The various children's play structures on site are also closed at night for safety reasons.

Are you open in the rain?

We are open rain and shine. Some attractions (Jumbo Jumpers) and stage shows may be delayed or postponed by rain for safety.
